1 Ezekiel 1 Now it happened in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

2 Ezekiel 2 He said to me, Son of man, stand on your feet, and I will speak with you.

3 Ezekiel 3 He said to me, Son of man, eat that which you find. Eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.

4 Ezekiel 4 You also, son of man, take a tile, and lay it before yourself, and portray on it a city, even Jerusalem:

5 Ezekiel 5 You, son of man, take a sharp sword; You shall take it as a barber's razor to you, and shall cause it to pass on your head and on your beard: then take balances to weigh, and divide the hair.

6 Ezekiel 6 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

7 Ezekiel 7 Moreover the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

8 Ezekiel 8 It happened in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in my house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord Yahweh fell there on me.

9 Ezekiel 9 Then he cried in my ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause those who are in charge of the city to draw near, every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.

10 Ezekiel 10 Then I looked, and see, in the expanse that was over the head of the cherubim there appeared above them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.

11 Ezekiel 11 Moreover the Spirit lifted me up, and brought me to the east gate of Yahweh's house, which looks eastward: and see, at the door of the gate twenty-five men; and I saw in the midst of them Jaazaniah the son of Azzur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.

12 Ezekiel 12 The word of Yahweh also came to me, saying,

13 Ezekiel 13 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

14 Ezekiel 14 Then came certain of the elders of Israel to me, and sat before me.

15 Ezekiel 15 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

16 Ezekiel 16 Again the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

17 Ezekiel 17 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

18 Ezekiel 18 The word of Yahweh came to me again, saying,

19 Ezekiel 19 Moreover, take up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,

20 Ezekiel 20 It happened in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to inquire of Yahweh, and sat before me.

21 Ezekiel 21 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

22 Ezekiel 22 Moreover the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

23 Ezekiel 23 The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,

24 Ezekiel 24 Again, in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

25 Ezekiel 25 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

26 Ezekiel 26 It happened in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

27 Ezekiel 27 The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,

28 Ezekiel 28 The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,

29 Ezekiel 29 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

30 Ezekiel 30 The word of Yahweh came again to me, saying,

31 Ezekiel 31 It happened in the eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, that the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

32 Ezekiel 32 It happened in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month, in the first day of the month, that the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

33 Ezekiel 33 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

34 Ezekiel 34 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

35 Ezekiel 35 Moreover the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

36 Ezekiel 36 You, son of man, prophesy to the mountains of Israel, and say, You mountains of Israel, hear the word of Yahweh.

37 Ezekiel 37 The hand of Yahweh was on me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of Yahweh, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones.

38 Ezekiel 38 The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,

39 Ezekiel 39 You, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against you, Gog, prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal:

40 Ezekiel 40 In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was struck, in the same day, the hand of Yahweh was on me, and he brought me there.

41 Ezekiel 41 He brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tent.

42 Ezekiel 42 Then he brought me forth into the outer court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the room that was over against the separate place, and which was over against the building toward the north.

43 Ezekiel 43 Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looks toward the east.

44 Ezekiel 44 Then he brought me back by the way of the outer gate of the sanctuary, which looks toward the east; and it was shut.

45 Ezekiel 45 Moreover, when you shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, you shall offer an offering to Yahweh, a holy portion of the land; the length shall be the length of twenty-five thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand: it shall be holy in all its border all around.

46 Ezekiel 46 Thus says the Lord Yahweh: The gate of the inner court that looks toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the Sabbath day it shall be opened, and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

47 Ezekiel 47 He brought me back to the door of the house; and behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward; (for the forefront of the house was toward the east;) and the waters came down from under, from the right side of the house, on the south of the altar.

48 Ezekiel 48 Now these are the names of the tribes: From the north end, beside the way of Hethlon to the entrance of Hamath, Hazar Enan at the border of Damascus, northward beside Hamath, (and they shall have their sides east and west), Dan, one portion.
